Welcome! This is my first blog post and I want to use this opportunity to welcome you. I also want to give you a bit of an overview about what I want to write for my readers. First, I absolutely LOVE New York City. For me, it's a culinary mecca with an unlimited supply of cuisines, flavors and feasting experiences that you'll be hard pressed to find elsewhere. I intend to explore every delicious inch of this fabulous city and report back to you all the hidden morsels New York has to offer. Along with my urban escapades, I would also like to share with you my own kitchen experiences and recipes, as well as any interesting bits of epicurean information I come across. In short, I hope you guys enjoy what you read (and eat).
